OK I live in Hamilton New Zealand, my beef is with Hamilton City Buses, most all of them have steps, only a couple are low floored, and they cannot put them on just one run, they reckon they have a wheelchair accessable bus and have shown it to the public, I have never seen it. How are we sposed to know about the bus if we never see it?, they now reckon that there was no requirement for it and have only started usuing it to take school children upto Auckland ect.I have a walker and hopefully soon a wheelchair, why should I have to use the taxi's when I could be like anyone else and use the buses?, so far now I have to have help onto and off the buses.
