            Cold Sores (Herpes Labialis infections) - Will evaluate whether a device that uses a noninvasive drug delivery method called ''iontotherapy,'' added to an investigational topical medication, reduces healing time, severity, and pain of cold sores. You must be 18-75 and have had recurrent cold sores in the past year. Compensation up to $750 is available for time and travel.             Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease - Current or former smokers with changes in breathing may have early chronic bronchitis or emphysema that are characteristic of COPD. You must be at least 45, have been a smoker for at least 15 years (at least a pack a day, and are generally healthy or have controlled medical conditions.             Bulimia - Will study self-regulation methods in adolescents with bulimia nervosa.
